About the Role

·We are seeking two types of creative minds to join our team:

·Junior Designers: Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of graphic design experience.

·Senior Designers: 3+ years of experience in Christmas/home decor or craft product design (priority given).

·You’ll create market-driven designs for decorative crafts, blending artistry with commercial appeal in a collaborative, multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Product Design:

·Design a set number of new products daily, aligned with market trends and company themes.

·Customize designs based on client specifications.

Catalog & Visual Support:

·Assist the Design Lead in creating product catalogs.

·Support cross-departmental design needs (e.g., displays, marketing materials).

Team Collaboration:

·Embrace our "mutual support" culture by assisting colleagues when needed.

Requirements

Must-Have

·Associate degree or higher in Design (Graphic, Industrial, or related field).

·Proficiency in AI, PS, CorelDRAW; no pure "artworker" backgrounds.

·For Chinese candidates: Fluent English (written/spoken for daily use).

Nice-to-Have

·Experience in Christmas decor, handicrafts, or 3D product design.

·Adaptability to multicultural teams.

Work Arrangement

Year 1-3: Onsite in Yiwu, China.

Year 3+: Remote work possible (performance-based).
